ADMISSION

Admissions to B.Ed. (Full Time) Regular Professional Course are done through State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra State, Mumbai. The Centralized Admission Process (CAP) has already been adopted byState Common Entrance Cell. The Chairman of State Common Entrance Test Cell is the competent authority which looks after the admission process. An entrance test by State Common Test Cell is conducted in every year.

The advertisement regarding the admissions to B.Ed. course throughState Common Entrance Test Cell is published in all local as well as regional daily newspapers by the competent authority. The advertisement provides detailed information about schedule of entrance examination, centers of entrance test, filling of application form, admission process, intake capacity of colleges, fees structure, reservations of seats etc. The service providers appointed by the competent authority provides the guidance to the students regarding the admission process to the B.Ed. course.

The admission committee at the college level is set up every year by the principal of college. Principal of the college is the chairman of admission committee, one faculty member appointed as coordinator while other faculty members works as member of admission committee. The admission committee works for verification of documents of the students allotted for admission through State Common Entrance Test Cell. Admissions are finalized only after verification of original documents. If any shortcomings are occurs, then after discussion with the chairman of the admission committee the final decision is taken. The admission process at the college is carried out as per the directives given byState Common Entrance Test Cell, Government of Maharashtra, Mumbai.

Admissions to D.El.Ed. (Full Time) Regular Professional Course is done throughMaharashtra State Council of Educational Research and Training (MSCERT), Pune.

Distance Education Courses B.Ed. (In-service),M.A. (Education) and Diploma in School Management (D.S.M.) are affiliated to YashwantraoChouhan Maharashtra Open University, Nashik (Maharashtra). The admission process for these distance education courses are carried out by YCMOU, Nashik (Maharashtra).
